The Konkokyo shrine of Yokosuka since 1898

This shrine was first founded by Rev. Tatsuzo Tagawa

While the shrine has been passed from down numerous families since then,
it has now been inherited by the Kimoto family.

The current staff at the shrine are a family staff, who are:


Rev. Kiyoshi Kimoto, Head Priest (speaks Japanese only)

Rev. Masafumi Kimoto, Senior Priest (speaks native Japanese and fluent English)

Rev. Tazuko Kimoto, Associate Priestess (speaks Japanese only)

Rev. Olivia Kimoto, Associate Priestess (speaks native English and some Japanese)
